CyberRecorder is a PC based application that allows the user to record their voice directly to a PC workstation. CyberRecorder will record the voice file then convert it into a digital file form and stores it on the computer's hard drive. Using a Philips professional grade dictation microphone with built-in control buttons such as Record, Rewind, Play and Fast Forward, enables the dictator a single-handed operation without a glance. CyberRecorder is capable of attaching a Client ID, Patient ID and Priority Status to follow each voice file. When using the compatible transcription software CyberPlayer, each dictator's demographics and recording information such as time, date, and dictation length can be viewed.

CyberSynch is a software companion to the Philips portable digital handheld recorder. Installed on a desktop or laptop computer, CyberSynch can be configured to automatically move recordings from your Philips digital handheld recorder to your computer's hard drive. Immediately send recordings based on workflow requirements. Voice and document files can be moved from your PC workstation using a corporate Internet server, office network directory and to an Internet E-mail account, while simultaneously archiving a copy of the voice file for safekeeping.
Give secretaries and transcriptionists the ability to turn their PC workstation into a transcriber with CyberPlayer. The software is used to transcribe dictated voice files from CyberRecorder and voice files transferred from CyberSynch. This transcription process can be used on any PC without interrupting other software applications. CyberPlayer can also assist in automatically returning word-processed documents back to the dictator. Secretaries and transcriptionists have full control of recordings with the adjustable volume, tone and speed controls. CyberPlayer includes a PC stereo headset and foot petal for easy listening.
